I did not ask her to wave this policy out of goodwill due to her demeanour - her facial expression told me she was finding a great deal of pleasure in denying me my bottle of water. Although I cannot prove this - body language does speak louder than words. She made me feel too uncomfortable and quite frankly embarrassed to even ask the question.

Poor knowledge of pharmaceuticles, clearly endorsing what they have been told to rather than helpful advice.

Although the consultant may have been having a bad day - no smiles were given by her, no general queries of how my day was going and no reminders of second purchases were given. All of these fall under the realm of good customer service. Service that was not given to me on that day.

BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GIVEN AT THE CHEMIST INSIDE THE KMART COMPLEX - GO THERE INSTEAD.

I had just purchased medication not 30 seconds prior to this via Eftpos - good customer service would dictate the consultant taking that into account prior to making this statement. I had just paid $20.05 on eftpos for medication - the time frame of my needed second purchase was well within that of the first purchase to be deemed ONE TRANSACTION.

Good customer service (for which your brand name is usually known for) includes questions at point of sale such as: 'Do you need anything else today?'. This question was not asked of me.

I have been going here for more than 15 years and always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly.

Terrible experience. The pharmacist I was dealing with didn't have a clue what she was doing. I asked a few questions and was then kept waiting. Turns out she was contacting my gp to change my prescription without my permission. She ended up ordering the wrong thing as well. Will never go there again.

I purchased medication via Eftpos at a total cost of $20.05 - after the transaction was completed I remembered I needed a bottle of water so I could take said medication immediately. The receipt had YET TO BE PRINTED when I asked to purchase said bottle of water. I was denied this transaction with the consultant stating: 'There is a $5 Eftpos minimum and the bottle of water was only $1'.

Good customer service would dictate the consultant in question waving this $5 Eftpos minimum out of goodwill.
